The Disability and Human Rights Observatory and the disabled people’s organisations that constitute its Advisory Board, representing altogether 182 Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs), submitted to the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities the Responses to the List of Issues which seeks to provide the Civil Society response to the ‘List of Issues’ issued by the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to the Portuguese State.
