Conference: Interdisciplinary Approaches in Disability Research at ISCSP Sala Lisboa, 20 February 20, 9h - 17h

The Disability and Human Rights Observatory (ODDH) at Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (ISCSP) organizes a conference within the DARE project:  Disability Advocacy Research in Europe.

The aim of this conference is to discuss the importance of interdisciplinary research and its application within disability studies. Confirmed speakers include Alberto Vasquez, Research Coordinator at the Office of the UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities and several other experts in disability studies and human rights who participate in the DARE project.

 

The conference is open to researchers, students, representatives of organisations of persons with disabilities, public administration employees and other persons interested in disability topics.
