As part of the public discussion process on the the draft amendment of inclusive education law (Decree-law 3/2008), the Observatory on Disability and Human Rights (ODDH) and their Advisory Board developed a document with contributions / suggestions that was submitted to the Education Ministry (available below in Portuguese).
